Optical Express are Europe’s largest private provider of laser-eye, premium lens and cataract surgery. We were commissioned by their human resources department to redevelop their recruitment website to help encourage the right talent into the right jobs.

Results:
Following detailed discussions with their senior HR team, we designed and developed a carefully considered website that portrays Optical Express as a forward-thinking and people-driven organisation.

Visitors to the website can now source detailed information about working life and career progression at Optical Express, while at the same time search and apply for jobs with ease.
